Expected numbers, the space available and the power and shade situation. Consultations and Good Faith Exams still happen individually, so throughput is finite and worth planning honestly rather than optimistically. Tell us the schedule and we will tell you what is realistic.
Where the line is on the day
At an outdoor event in Arizona, somebody confused, no longer sweating, or with hot dry skin needs emergency services immediately — not a drip. Our presence at an event is not a substitute for a medical plan, and we will say so plainly to any organiser who asks us to be one.
