Built for long days outdoors in the Arizona heat.
The gold standard IV for overall wellness, energy, and immune support.
Quick energy boost via intramuscular B12 injection, includes 4 weekly injections
IV fluids are a powerful tool for supporting performance because they rapidly replenish the hydration and nutrients lost during intense physical activity. Strenuous exercise drains fluids and electrolytes through sweat, which can lead to dehydration, fatigue, and decreased output. IV therapy delivers fluids, vitamins, and electrolytes directly into the bloodstream — faster absorption than any oral option — helping restore hydration levels, support muscle function, and reduce recovery time.
Our Peak Performance drip combines B-complex, B12, magnesium, taurine, and L-carnitine — a formulation designed to support endurance, energy, and muscle recovery. Add a quick B12 injection between sessions for a boost, or ask about our consultation-based recovery program for longer-term support.
Training in Gilbert, Chandler, Mesa, or Queen Creek? Our registered nurses come to your home or gym so recovery slots into your training calendar — not the other way around.
Sweat rates here in summer run far above what the same session would produce in a milder climate, and that changes how much fluid and salt you need to replace afterwards. Athletes who move to Arizona often keep their old hydration habits for a season and cannot work out why their recovery has fallen apart. The training did not get harder; the environment did.
The session is the stimulus. The adaptation happens afterwards, and it depends on being rehydrated, fed and rested. Arriving at the next session still depleted from the last one is how people accumulate fatigue for weeks and call it overtraining. Replacing fluid and electrolytes promptly is the least glamorous part of a training block and one of the most reliable.
If you compete under an anti-doping code, you are responsible for everything that enters your body, and the rules around intravenous infusions are stricter than most athletes expect — volume limits apply regardless of what is in the bag. Check your sport’s current rules before booking, and tell your nurse that you are a tested athlete so the conversation happens up front rather than afterwards.
