Sports & Performance
Months of training come down to one race day — and how you manage hydration in the final 48 hours can make or break it. Endurance athletes across the East Valley use IV therapy to arrive at the start line fully topped up, and to begin genuine recovery within hours of crossing the finish.

Built for long days outdoors in the Arizona heat.
The gold standard IV for overall wellness, energy, and immune support.
Quick energy boost via intramuscular B12 injection, includes 4 weekly injections
A pre-race IV, ideally 24–48 hours out, delivers a full liter of fluids with electrolytes, magnesium, and B vitamins — hydration that is absorbed completely rather than lost to a nervous stomach. After the race, a recovery drip helps replace the substantial fluid and electrolyte losses of 26.2 miles (or a long-course triathlon, or a Spartan weekend), and may help ease the soreness and fatigue that otherwise linger for days.
Our Peak Performance blend adds taurine and L-carnitine to support muscle recovery, while Hard Days Work is purpose-built for events run in Arizona heat. For multi-race training blocks, many endurance athletes schedule a monthly drip as part of their recovery routine.
We come to you, because after 26.2 miles the last thing your legs need is a drive across town.
Because summer racing here is impractical, the season is compressed into the cooler months, which is why the region fills up with marathons, half marathons, long-course triathlon and desert trail and ultra events between roughly November and March. If you are training through an Arizona summer for a winter race, the heat is part of the training load whether you planned for it or not.
Beforehand, the goal is arriving properly hydrated rather than overloaded — and the days before matter more than the morning of. Afterwards, the picture is different: you have finished with a real fluid and electrolyte deficit, and often very little appetite to fix it by eating and drinking. That gap is where a post-race drip is genuinely useful.
Many endurance events operate under anti-doping rules that restrict intravenous infusions, including infusions of nothing more exotic than saline, and the restriction is usually about volume and route rather than contents. If you are racing under a sanctioning body, check the current rules yourself before booking. We would far rather have that conversation than cost you a result.
