Post-workout recovery

The workout is only half the equation — adaptation happens during recovery. If soreness, fatigue, or dehydration are cutting into your next session, a recovery IV can help you get back under the bar (or on the bike, or in the pool) sooner.

Hard Days Work

$200

Built for long days outdoors in the Arizona heat.

Hard training depletes fluids and electrolytes through sweat and stresses muscle tissue that now needs raw materials to rebuild. IV therapy delivers hydration, magnesium, B vitamins, and amino acids like taurine and L-carnitine directly into the bloodstream, helping restore what your session took out and supporting the repair process — with none of the absorption losses of oral supplements on a stressed stomach.

For lifters and CrossFit athletes chasing consistency, a regular recovery drip fits neatly into a deload day. For anyone managing a nagging soft-tissue issue alongside training, ask about our consultation-based recovery program — your clinician will review your history and recommend what is appropriate for you.

Home gym in Gilbert? Garage setup in Queen Creek? Our registered nurses come to you, so recovery happens where you already are.

What you are actually replacing

A hard session costs you fluid, sodium and other electrolytes, and leaves muscle tissue needing repair. Most people address only the first of those, and only partially. Rehydrating with fluid and electrolytes together is what shortens the window in which you feel flat, heavy and headachy afterwards.

Garage gyms and 5am sessions

A great deal of training in the East Valley happens at home or very early, specifically to beat the heat, which means there is no facility to recover at afterwards and a working day waiting immediately. Having a nurse come to the house fits that pattern better than driving somewhere. It is also why our morning slots fill up fastest in summer.

This is not a substitute for the basics

An IV is useful when you are genuinely depleted after real exertion. It does not replace sleep, adequate protein, sensible programming or ordinary daily hydration, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling something. Most people get more from fixing their week than from any single appointment.

Good to Know

Common questions

How soon after a workout should I get a recovery IV?
Any time works, but many athletes prefer within a few hours of a hard session, when rehydration and nutrient delivery can support the recovery window.
Will this reduce muscle soreness?
Rehydration with magnesium and amino acid support is designed to help muscles recover, and many clients report reduced soreness and fatigue. Individual results vary — it works best alongside good sleep and nutrition.
How often do athletes typically book recovery IVs?
Weekly to monthly is typical, depending on training volume. Some clients tie treatments to their hardest training days or deload weeks.
Do you offer anything beyond IVs for recovery?
Yes — we offer a consultation-based recovery program. It starts with a medical consultation so your clinician can confirm what is appropriate for you. Ask your nurse or email jennifer@elevateivsolutions.com.
